Who are the Portfolio Managers?

Christopher C. Grisanti, Vance C. Brown and Jared S. Leon, each a principal of the Adviser and member of the Investment Team, together manage the portfolio utilizing a team-based approach. What are the investment minimums for the Fund?

The minimum initial investment for all accounts is $250,000 with the exception of a rollover by an individual retirement account or self employed retirement plan. The minimum additional investment for standard accounts and accounts with systematic investment plans is $10,000. For Traditional and Roth IRA, Coverdell ESA accounts and Qualified Retirement, Pension or Profit Sharing Plans the minimum additional investment is $1,000. The Fund reserves the right to waive minimum investment amounts.

What are acceptable payment methods?

All investments must be made by check, ACH or wire. All checks must be made payable to SteepleView Fund in U.S. dollars and drawn on U.S. financial institutions. The Fund does not accept purchases made by credit card check, starter check, cash or cash equivalents (for instance, you may not pay by money order, cashier's check, bank draft or traveler's check). To wire funds you must contact the Transfer Agent, Citigroup Fund Services, LLC, at (866) SPL-VIEW (toll free).
